  Good quick service however food was cold. I ordered brisket tacos and mini cheese burgers for my son. Both cold door and only hot sauce is Tabasco. Only ate half before leaving. Tables have finishing coat coming off making tables feel dirty and backrest of booths are filthy.

  Service was very nice. However it took a very long time for out drinks and then even longer for our food. They were not very busy. My wife ordered some kind of chicken and it was terrible. My chicken strips were very well done and hard. Our friends steak was a little dry but tasty. The drinks were good (margaritas)
  Overall. Not very pleased.

  The Chico Applebee's has always treated me right. :) The wait is never long, the staff is friendly, drinks and appetizers come quick, I almost always see a manager checking in with us, and paying from the table makes it a breeze to leave without having to wait in line or for a server to bring back your card. I'd definitely say this is one of my favorite places to eat in the local area and by far the best Applebee's I've ever been to :) Keep up the good work, Chico!
  
  And as a comparison : I recently (2 weeks ago) visited a SF Applebee's and nearly everything was terribly wrong. Unfriendly staff who were incorrect with orders, we had to ask about when we'd be getting our drinks (waters) after our appetizer came, since OUR server never came back we ordered off of the tablet at the table and when our food DID come out, it was wrong. The server failed to even check over the order before bringing it out, steak was cooked wrong, wrong sides, one hot item was cold at first bite, the server DID attempt to fix some of the problems, once, and only came back to the table when she saw we were leaving, some 15 mins later.
